1. Service Overview
Doozy Pet Waste, LLC provides pet waste removal services to residential and commercial customers across Georgia. We offer both recurring and one-time services.
2. Scheduling and Billing
Recurring Service Billing: Customers are billed on the 1st of each month for all recurring services. The credit card on file will be automatically charged on the same day.
First Month Proration: If you begin service mid-month, your invoice will be prorated based on the number of scheduled service visits remaining in the month.
One-Time Service: One-time services are invoiced and charged at the time of scheduling.
3. Cancellations
We do not require a contract or minimum commitment. However, we kindly ask for at least 1 week’s notice prior to the next billing cycle if you’d like to cancel or pause your recurring service.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and safe cleanup experience, customers must:
Unlock gates on the day of service.
Secure any aggressive or unfamiliar dogs prior to our arrival.
Notify us in advance if dogs will be outside so our technician can safely be introduced.
Understand that we do our best to scoop all visible pet waste, but loose or wet stools may not be fully removable without harming the grass.
We also recommend lawn mowing the day after your scooping service for optimal results.
5. Weather
We aim for consistency, but we do not work in unsafe or extreme conditions, including:
Thunder & lightning
Freezing rain or icy conditions
Hail or severe wind
Excessive snowfall or blocked access
Poor air quality (e.g., wildfire smoke)
Heat advisories or extreme cold (sub-zero wind chills)
If we have to adjust our service schedule due to unsafe or extreme weather conditions, we will perform a "Double Doody" cleanup on your next scheduled visit to catch up on anything missed.
6. Holidays
If your regular service day falls on a major holiday, we will also perform a "Double Doody" cleanup the following week. You will still be charged, as the extra accumulation requires additional time and effort. We are closed, not performing services, on the following holidays:
Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
Independence Day (July 4th)
Labor Day (First Monday in September)
Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November)
The days beginning Christmas Eve through New Year's Day (to resume January 2nd)
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We’re not just about clean yards — we’re about happy customers. If you're not fully satisfied, please reach out right away. We’ll make it right.
8. Promotions and Coupons
Coupons and promotions are limited to one per recurring service subscription.
Promotional offers such as free initial cleaning are available only once per household.
If service is canceled and restarted later, previous promotional eligibility does not renew.
9. Liability Disclaimer
Our team is highly-trained and operates with an old school “leave things better than you found them” mentality. While we take every precaution to deliver safe and respectful service, Doozy Pet Waste, LLC is not liable for:
Damages to lawns, gates, or other property
Injuries or harm to pets
Lost or escaped pets due to unlocked gates or other access points
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website, and your continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any changes.
By requesting service through our website or quote system, you agree to these Terms of Service.
