Co-Founder & Culture Captain

Tyler’s got sales in his DNA and leadership in his blood. As a former top 1% producer at one of the world’s largest tech giants, he knows how to build momentum and lead teams that perform. Now, he brings that same energy to Doozy - coaching our team, fueling our growth, and making sure we never lose sight of the bigger mission. When he’s not managing the business, Tyler runs a coaching firm helping small companies build sales cultures that actually work. Around here, he's the guy who helps us believe bigger, aim higher, and close stronger.

Bruce Beaumont

Co-Founder & Finance/Ops Guy

Bruce is the steady hand behind Doozy’s systems, numbers, and smooth-running operations. As a former CFO for fast-growing service companies, he’s scaled businesses through mergers, acquisitions, and messy mid-growth chaos with wisdom and calm. At Doozy, Bruce keeps the ship steady while planting seeds of leadership in the next generation. He also runs a consulting firm where he helps fellow service-based entrepreneurs turn their businesses into well-oiled, profitable machines. Basically, if it’s got moving parts, Bruce makes it work better.

Ben P.

Social Media & Aspiring Entreprenuer

Ben is passionate about golf, fishing, and just about anything that gets him outside and currently manages our social media. We're 'old guys' and need help from a young'un and Ben is that young'un. With a strong interest in entrepreneurship, he's joined Doozy to get a firsthand look at what it takes to run a purpose-driven business. Whether he's in the yard or learning behind the scenes, Ben is focused on building the skills and mindset needed for a future in business leadership. 

We haven't had a team golf outing but if we did, Ben would hold the Doozy record for best golf score. He'd beat us all on his worst day. However, he is the OG Doozy Scooper and will hold that record for eternity.

Lucas R.

Scooper & Future Business Builder

Lucas is a high school senior who loves fishing, playing soccer and football, and spending time with family and friends - especially if it’s outdoors. If he can't scoop it out of the yard, he can punt it - the boy has a leg on him. At Doozy, Lucas isn’t just scooping yards, he’s soaking up every bit of knowledge he can about what makes a small business run, from marketing to operations to turning a profit. He’s here to get his hands dirty and his mind sharp, building the foundation for a future in business leadership.

Lucas holds the Doozy record for most bags scooped from one yard - 9 bags - and he did it with a half-busted rake. Nothing is slowing this young man down.

Stephen W.

Scooper & Doozy Fleet Detailer Extraordinaire

Stephen is a Georgia boy through and through. Stephen just wants to be outside and have a job to do that involves serving others. He's like our very own Great Pyrenees (but he doesn't 'go' in your yard, he cleans it). Stephen is enlisted in the Army and before he goes off to serve our great country, is learning everything he can about how to operate a small business with a Kingdom vision. Finally, Stephen takes the lead in keeping the Doozy trucks clean - he doesn't like a dirty truck.

Stephen currently holds the Doozy record for coldest day in the field scooping and longest slide down an ice-covered hill while cleaning a yard.
